The advisory steward is designed without retention of raw prompts, raw agent identifiers, raw referrers or raw user-agent strings in its review loop.

Demand can influence operator priority. It does not create facts, evidence quality or commercial authority.

The advisory reviewer cannot initiate payment, alter prices, create products, buy paid sources or automatically mutate truth.

Ambiguous settlement states are reconciled rather than automatically retried.

Operator-test and known registry-crawler traffic are excluded from genuine market proof where the service classifies those events.

Coverage of a provider does not automatically mean BerrerGate has the right to sell a hosted-vendor ranking or proprietary fact.
